  The selection here is amazing! The staff that works is amazing and is always wanting to know how you're doing. The manager is always great to work with and the food is amazing. One thing that would be awesome is if they would bring back the maple marshmallow sauce.

  I went to the Boise Fry Company for the first time yesterday. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter and I went for a daddy/daughter date so we chose to split a meal and they offered to upgrade our fries to a large (at our cost) even though the menu stated meals come with a medium. Once our order was up, we asked them to cut our burger in half to which they were happy to do without complaint. When they cut it for us you could tell it wasn't quite fully cooked. They took it back to remake it for us. We sat down to eat our fries while we waited and my daughter commented on how it looked as though we had only received a medium order instead of the large order of fries we'd paid for. When asked to clarify the size we'd received they confirmed we'd been given the wrong size and fixed the issue right away. While there were a few mistakes or incorrect issues with our order I was very pleased with the way they handled them and without acting disgusted or getting defensive. Thanks Boise Fry Company - Nampa for the great customer service, I'll definitely be going here again!

  I'm from out of town and have come to this place twice in one week. Great food awesome service. Not only that but they remember thier customers by name! Awesome!
